Four months

Our little dude just turned 4 months.
He is the sweetest thing ever. We've always
been happy people, but with this little guy our
happiness level is off the charts. Nothing but smiles . . .

Stillmunks / Nugent Art Opening

Last weekend I photographed the
John Stillmunks & Laura Nugent Art
Exhibition at the lovely Dundee Gallery.
Another night of amazing artwork accompanied
by tasty treats and good conversation.

Presley

I was super excited to meet Presley
this past weekend. She is the daughter
of Alan & Whitney (we photographed their
wedding a few years back). This was my
first photo shoot since having my own
little one, and we had a great time sharing
stories and advice. Presley was absolutely adorable,
and it was obvious mom and dad are completely
head over heels! I can't lie, Presley immediately
won me over too!

C & J + 1

So, we haven't been on the blog much the past 2 months.
We've been busy getting to know our new baby, Logan!
He arrived a bit early on Nov 20th, but he has been
growing and making up for it ever since.
We are head over heels for this little guy, and we
are enjoying every wild, magical moment.
We've got lots of weddings and engagements on the horizon for this
spring and summer, so we'll be back to posting soon.
For now, here are some photos of the little dude.
He is the most precious thing we've ever laid eyes on, and
of course we have taken quite a few photos (although not
as many as you'd think ~ we're a bit more tired than usual).
Logan even got his first camera from Santa already
(don't worry, it was stuffed).

Naomi and Nick

Since Casey is still waiting patiently for the new member of our family to come along, I had the chance to take Naomi and Nick out to shoot some engagements. It was cold... but an otherwise nice day - but none of that mattered.

What mattered was the love these two showed for each other. We were worried before the shoot about the weather and if the locations would be cool enough... but who cares when there's this much chemistry and fun between them?

I've known Naomi for a while now, and one of the most difficult things for me to tell her was that I wasn't going to be able to do her wedding photography. This photoshoot only made me more sad, because as you can see - they are rock stars. They have that magic that makes taking photos fun.

You two will live an amazing life together - and I hope you know you will always have a friend in Casey and I.
