Kelsey Family

A few weeks ago we photographed the Kelsey Family.
This is our second shoot with them, and as always,
they were a blast. We held off on taking the photos
so we'd have a chance to meet the newest addition to
their family ~ their new puppy, Champ. Of course he
won us over immediately. We had a great time taking
photos and catching up with the family!

Tobias Family

So we've been busy designing holiday cards,
filling orders before Christmas next week, and
booking lots of weddings for 2009, which is
why we've been a bit behind on the blog.

So I'll be posting photos over the next week
so you can see what we've been up to!

I photographed the Tobias family last month
with my friend, and fellow photographer, Lindsay Blake.

They are such a great family, filled with
laughter, love and joy. And I loved how
they each wore their favorite hat. I hope this
starts a trend because hats rock!

Here are a few of my shots.

Andrew

I had the pleasure of photographing 3-week-old Andrew
earlier this week. He was so delicate and precious
in all his glorious newness, and I loved
talking to his older brother, 3-year-old Alex, too.
I especially loved how Alex kept referring to his little
brother as "my baby." There was such warmth in their house,
and I was happy to be there to capture Andrew during this
precious time.

Lucy & Lily

Sunday I had the pleasure of photographing Lucy & Lily.
They were such sweet babies, smiling and playing with mom and dad.
I always love capturing tiny ones, knowing how much
they are going to grow and change and
realizing how the photographs will literally
capture such a brief moment in time ~
so precious and beautiful, just beginning to see
the world with the wonder of new eyes.
