The Brown Family

Spent Saturday morning photographing the Brown family.
They are one of those fun, magical families that kept
us smiling and laughing the entire time. The kids loved
the "running shot" and we were definitely happy when they
realized the photo shoot included playing in the park and
even blowing some bubbles. Here's a few of our
favorites.

Brigit St Brigit Theatre

Took some promotional photos for the
Brigit St Brigit Theatre Company in Omaha.
They recently moved into their new space,
sharing the Blue Barn Theatre's stage in the Old Market,
and have been hard at work getting ready for their new season.

We did a few photos of the artistic directors from
both theaters and also took some creative shots
to promote Brigit St Brigit's adaptation of "The Odd Couple"
which will be showing later this year.
I remember watching "The Odd Couple" when I was
a kid, and it was fun being able to reinvent
those characters through photographs while staying
true to the heart of the play and the odd
but heartfelt friendship behind it.

Mike & Ashley

We knew we'd have a good time
with Mike & Ashley when they told
us they wanted something "outside
the box" for their engagement session.
We had a great time finding a unique spot
and decided to throw our old sofa into the mix.
And of course it didn't hurt that
Mike & Ashley have amazing chemistry
and were a ton of fun to be around.
The result = some amazing photos.

We hope you two had us much fun as we did!

Seth & Kay

Ever since we met Seth & Kay at their engagement session,
we've been looking forward to their wedding.
The two of them have such a soft-spoken, natural love, and
the beauty of it was reflected in all of the faces of their
family and friends at their wedding last night.

It was a truly beautiful event, and not even a drop
of rain on 8-8-08, as the Magic 8 ball predicted.
We were honored to share in the magic of their amazing day.
