Sara & JD

Sara & JD's wedding was beautiful ~
they were surrounded by a wonderful
group of friends & family, and the
two of them together were so soft-spoken
& sweet. We had a lot fun being there
to capture all the moments, and, as always,
the photo booth that night was a blast.
It was the first time people were lined up
waiting to take photos! Grandma & the flower
girls were a few of my faves, but everyone
let loose & seemed to be enjoying themselves ~
us included!

Sam & Ben

It's always fun to work with a couple
willing to climb fences and walk through
some mud to get a cool shot. Sam & Ben
just had fun and let us be creative, which
always leads to great images. Sam is also
a photographer, so it was fun hearing her
ideas and collaborating. And we were all
hysterical when Sam unknowingly stumbled
onto a turkey resting in some tall grass ~
hearing Sam shout & suddenly seeing the
turkey's tall neck & tiny head bobbing just
above the grass as it ran from us ~ pretty
wild. But don't worry, no animals were injured
in the process.

Julie & Lars

Sometimes weddings can be intense
with timelines and lots of worrying
about the details, but Julie and Lars
were totally laid back & so much fun.
They really just enjoyed each other
and the magic of the day as it unfolded.
And the speeches at the end of the
night were some of the best we've heard ~
filled with lots of laughter, sincerity,
and emotion. It was everything a great
wedding should be.
