Amy & Merle

We have been lucky enough to know Amy & Merle since their relationship first began several years ago, before they themselves knew there was something more than friendship going on, although their chemistry was evident to everyone else around them.
So today, even though Amy was a bit nervous about being photographed, after a bit of walking around, laughing, finding some cool spots, talking about life, love, food and movies, the magic of Amy & Merle began to surface and made for some amazing photos.
So thanks guys, for letting us be your personal paparazzi for the morning, and giving us a glimpse into your magical love story. The photos of the two of you are beautiful, just like I knew they would be.

Jessica & Bryan

After several failed attempts to schedule a session with Jessica and Bryan, the weather finally cooperated and we managed to get an almost spring day in Nebraska for an outdoor photo shoot. And we were extremely lucky it worked out since Jessica gave birth 3 days later! We had a lot of fun with Jessica and Bryan and photos of their new baby girl, the beautiful Aniyah Renae, coming soon . . .

Eric & Elly

Had a lot of fun shooting engagements for Eric and Elly. We loved hearing the story of how they met and how their friendship evolved into something more. There were lots of magical moments and we know this was just a hint of what's to come at the wedding. Can't wait!

Erin & Pat

There's nothing better than a truly unique wedding that tells the story of a couple.
And that was the case with Erin & Pat. Their love of baseball, fun, the Cubs, emerald green, & all things Irish was evident everywhere.
From the hot dogs & baseball cupcakes to Erin's beautiful green sash, their wedding day and all the details were truly a reflection of their love.

And of course, the icing on the cake, the Cubs beat Houston, 9 to 7.

Inna Novikova Opening

Last night we photographed Inna Novikova's art opening at the Dundee Gallery. Her artwork was absolutely stunning ~ the vibrant colors, textures, and delicate layers of paint. Her work is breathtaking. It was an inspiring spring evening of art, food, and conversation.
